Last updated:

WebRendie is proprietary software. By downloading, installing, or using WebRendie, you agree to the terms below.

1. License grant

Subject to these terms and any applicable app store terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use WebRendie for your personal or professional use.

Downloading WebRendie, or purchasing a WebRendie Pro license, grants you a license to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

2. Ownership

WebRendie, including its software, design, branding, user interface, documentation, and original content, is owned by its developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted under this license are reserved.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

4. App store distribution

WebRendie may be distributed through Microsoft Store, Flathub, the Snap Store, or other authorized software distribution platforms.

Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Pro licenses may be tied to device limits, refund policies, and other licensing mechanisms provided by the store or payment provider they were purchased through.

5. Updates and changes

Updates, improvements, fixes, or new versions of WebRendie may be released from time to time.

Features may be added, modified, replaced, or removed as the software evolves. An existing license does not necessarily include separately offered products, major upgrades, or services unless explicitly stated.

6. Third-party components

WebRendie includes or makes use of third-party software libraries, frameworks, fonts, or other components, such as the Monaco Editor, Prettier and Dart Sass.

Those components remain subject to their respective licenses and copyright notices. Where required, applicable notices and licenses are provided separately within the application or accompanying documentation.

7. User content

You retain ownership of files, text, code, data, and other content that you create or process using WebRendie.

This software license does not grant the developer ownership of your content.

8. Disclaimer

WebRendie is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

While reasonable efforts are made to provide reliable software, no guarantee is made that the application will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing important output and maintaining appropriate backups of your data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of WebRendie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Termination

This license remains valid while you comply with these terms.

Your rights under this license may terminate if you materially violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing any unauthorized copies of WebRendie.

11. Changes to this license

These terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to WebRendie, its distribution, or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will be published at https://aadhil.dev/webrendie/license.
